Are you a good match?

You have a proven experience in working with contact center or in a customer service or retail environment. You are detailed oriented, enthusiastic, confident, curious, reliable and looking for a team adventure. You have strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to be persuasive and engaging while offering an amazing client experience. You master English, and other Asian language(s) would be a plus.

 

What are we expecting from you?

Reporting to the CRC Team Leader, you will be responsible for achieving sales, KPIs and delivering an exceptional client experience to all our Maison clients. You will be the voice of the Maison, ensuring omnichannel relay, welcoming and understanding clients needs, while advising and sharing the Maison values, history and know-how. You will enchant all clients via phone, email and other tools (WeChat, WhatsApp) and ensure to build a long-term relationship with the Maison.
