What are we expecting from you?
Reporting to the President of the MEIAT region, and as a member of the MEIAT Executive Committee, you will be the ambassador of the Maison in Türkiye, driving market’s strategic development and ensuring the highest standards of brand equity, client excellence and operational performance. You will lead the strategic roadmap for the market, steering sales, client development, marketing, communication and people leadership to elevate the Maison’s presence and long-term growth. To that extent, you will:
· Define and execute a robust retail network strategy, identify growth opportunities, lead market intelligence and secure a best-in-class boutique footprint
· Cultivate and expand an influential ecosystem of clients, media, cultural institutions and strategic partners, anchoring sustainable client engagement with a strong focus on High Jewellery
· Shape and elevate the marketing and communication roadmap, strengthen brand visibility, desirability and consistency with uncompromising Maison standards
· Lead the annual business plan and budget cycle, oversee sales performance, A&P, Capex, FTEs and full P&L management
· Ensure strict alignment with Group, Maison and local regulatory frameworks while delivering flawless execution of market initiatives and strategic priorities
· Foster a collaborative, empowered and high-performing culture by attracting, developing and retaining top talent, and inspiring teams through clarity, coaching and accountability
· Reinforce strong governance and cross-team alignment, anticipate organizational needs and adapt structures to evolving business dynamics
