Job mission

The commercial network for Cartier is composed of Boutiques, Ecommerce, and Retail Partners, who are our authorized watch retailers. Cartier works with Retail Partners to expand our reach to clients across North America, offering the same level of service as with our boutiques and ecommerce network. Our goal is to strengthen our network of Retail Partners through an efficient supply chain, competitive retail environments, and excellent client services.

Key Responsibilities

Network Development

  • Track network status updates for opening and closure plans
  • Consolidate KPIs into evaluation report for yearly Segmentation Review of network with Regional Leadership
  • Maintain accurate contact listing for all Retail Partners and key contacts, providing distribution lists when needed for network communications
  • Support in developing a Standard Operating Procedure guide for Retail Partnerships, defining our ways of working and processes with key stakeholders
  • Collaborate with Retail Partnerships Manager and CNA departments as needed on projects, including Supply Chain, Legal, Finance and Commercial Performance

Project Management

  • Create in collaboration with SDP and HQ all new Project Score Cards for Espace projects
  • Maintain monthly reporting trackers for BEAP, SDP, Training and Gifting
  • Create monthly Brand Ambassador Newsletter for network and coordinate end-of year gifting
  • Prepare business review presentations for Key Accounts
  • Support cross-functional projects as needed for Retail Partnerships team

Watches & Wonders – Commercial Organization

  • Support Retail Partnership team in developing business reviews and strategic presentations for Regional Managers and ExCo
  • Maintain invitation list and appointment schedule
  • Collaborate with Regional and Executive leadership, Events, Supply Chain, and Marketing on the overall organization of the exhibition for Cartier North America

Qualifications

  • Previous experience especially in luxury retail, service or hospitality industry is a plus.
  • You have strong communication/interaction and project management skills.
  • You have a strong attention to detail with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously..
  • You have convincing interpersonal and relationship-building skills with the ability to collaborate with groups of people on a project.
  • You are proactive, flexible, innovative and passionate.
  • You have strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with Power BI, Macro & SAP knowledge is a plus.
