You have proven ability to handle multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines concurrently.

You have excellent communication skills in Korean and English.

 

What are we expecting from you?

 

·  Develop a knowledge of the local clientele and build action plans to develop client portfolio: You will analyze client data and develop a thorough knowledge of the local client portfolio based on dashboards to identify business opportunities, changes in trends and synergies in BTQs. You will monitor client performance and build qualitative insights and escalate local needs in terms of specific analysis & tools evolutions. You will propose client KPIs by BTQ and market level, share best practices, and support BTQ in defining action plans if needed.
·  Manage contact plan locally and follow clienteling actions to make sure implementation of 360 client strategy: You will follow local contact plan and escalate local needs and opportunities for clienteling activations. You will implement and roll-out clienteling actions (programs and campaigns), monitor performance, and make sure that local clienteling tools are properly understood and mastered by the SA. You will collect and consolidate BTQ’s feedbacks in terms of analysis, dashboards, new KPIs, tools evolutions.
·  Act as the Referent of client data topics: You will develop a perfect understanding of client database topics, rules and calculations (Service Cloud, SAP etc.). You will ensure the implementation of client related projects in Korea. You will monitor data collection and data quality to evangelize on data matters and execute necessary checks. You will also establish a strong partnership with Region Client Development & Insight team.
