RESPONSIBILITIES
BRAND EXPERIENCE & EVENTS (25%)
- Assist the development of thematic experiences and related tools: Watchmaking, Artistic, Culinary, Experiences upon HQ Guidelines,
- Support the planning and orchestration of Brand Experiences, In-Store Events and Client Treatment
- Support the development of Marketing Collaterals and Client Tools from production to final delivery of the items
- Liaise with HQ teams (Client Experience, Trade Marketing and Event) and suppliers / external vendors as needed
- Help consolidate Brand Experience toolboxes storytelling, guidelines and post-event reports
RETAIL ACTIVATIONS (25%)
- Assist the planning and implementation of the Retail Activations
- Support the implementation of the Retail Activations and the delivery of the tools to the Boutiques
- Help consolidate toolboxes, storytelling and guidelines and retail activations reports
MANUFACTURE VISITS & VIC EXPERIENCES (25%)
- Assist the planning, follow-up and consolidation of agendas for the Manufacture Visits and VIC Experiences
- Support the booking of flights, transportations, hotels, restaurants, activities, gifts working closely with travel agencies, vendors, concierges.
ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT (25%)
- Support the processing of invoice and budget tracking per project
- Help maintain and organize internal invoicing records
- Coordinate any logistics, mailing, orders of materials or tools to be shipped or delivered
- Help organize and update allocation, inventory and dispatch of marketing collaterals, gifts
- Support with agendas, reservations, security and travel coordination as needed
REQUIREMENTS
SKILLS
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or related field
- First related experience in marketing, hospitality or similar role in the luxury field
SPECIFIC
- Skilled in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
- Interest in the Luxury industry, Brand Experience and Client Treatment
- Experience with SAP systems (or similar) is preferred
- Flexible schedule and ability to work outside of regular business hours
LANGUAGE
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
