MAIN PURPOSE

As a Public Relations V.I.E, you will provide support to the Public Relations team in communications projects, daily operations and administrative functions. The length of this V.I.E assignment is 12 months, ideally starting in May 2026, depending on visa requirements.

HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?

Public Relations Execution:

  • Support & assist PR Manager with all press and talent activities
  • Coordinate press office including liaising with members of the media, facilitating product loans, dressing requests, sample management and presence at photoshoots.
  • Lead PR logistics, security and product for all photoshoots, consignments and PR events.
  • Supervise the execution of all PR treatments and send outs strategy
  • Manage & update the Media & talent database in collaboration with the PR Manager.
  • Create and proactively update all PR reporting before, during and after projects take place.
  • Manage PR library and bank of assets to share with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Track and analyse PR results with DMR in print and digital: daily press coverage, post-campaign analysis report & competitor trends and make recommendations for future initiatives.
  • Collaborate on the ad-hoc creation and formatting of cross-functional Marketing, Clients & Communications presentations for the PR function.
  • Provide regular reporting to PR Manager on all PR activity

Celebrity and People of Influence:

  • Facilitate dressing requests in line with brand priorities.
  • Coordinate and manage internal reports with local and international teams for all talent opportunities.
  • Monitor all talent reporting, evaluating results and making recommendations for future executions.
  • Support PR Manager with building a strong talent network and identifying talent opportunities.
  • Attend talent dressing events when required.

PR Events:

  • Provide PR event support including liaising with third party suppliers, development of event material, coordinating budgets and overall event execution.
  • Support PR Manager with the organization of all press trips including: managing travel agency, itineraries for press & talent, coverage tracker amongst others.

Budget and Finance support for PR:

  • Assist PR Manager with all Finance requests.
  • Purchase order creation for PR Function.
  • Monitor invoicing with finance and agency counter parts for PR function.
  • Reconcile budgets in collaboration with PR Manager on a monthly basis and coordination for PR function.

  • You are graduated from a Bachelor's or Master's in Communications, Marketing or similar.
  • You already benefit from at least 2 years of relevant professional experience in Communications, with ideally an exposure and previous experience in the luxury industry.
  • Strong media & talent relationships.
  • Sophisticated understanding of local luxury market.
  • Outstanding attention to detail.
  • Distinguished organisational skills.
  • Agility in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Skilled managing multiple tasks simultaneously.

  • Strong Microsoft Office knowledge essential: Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint.
