What do we expect from you?

 

You will assist in leading the team to reach the qualitative and quantitate targets requested for the Boutique.

You will act as a role model, constantly nurturing the relationships with clients to build sincere and long-lasting relationships.

Working closely with the team, you will assist Boutique Manager to recruit, coach and consistently develop the team members by promoting creativity and proactivity and encouraging and supporting the team development and performance.

You will support in the back of house administration of the boutique, boutique maintenance and daily operations.

You will be the Ambassador of Maison at all the levels!
