THE OPPORTUNITY: Macildowie are currently recruiting for an MI Reporting Analyst for an exciting business based in Warwickshire. The main responsibilities for this role as MI Reporting Analyst role is to support the Reporting Manager in the provision of timely, accurate and relevant Management Information and supporting analysis to the business to aid them to make informed business decisions. This initially is a fixed term contract vacancy for c6months and the role is easily commutable from Coventry, Rugby, Hinckley, Leicester, Tamworth, Leamington Spa areas. THE ROLE & YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES: As MI Reporting Analyst responsibilities will include: Reviewing and developing existing data and reporting structures to ensure the processes are relevant and customer focused Build, test and implement new reporting systems to better support management, the wider business to enable them to make sound business decisions Identify opportunities for process improvement to increase automation and reduce the risk of human error Embed standardised financial and KPI reporting at all levels of the business in order to maintain consistency This role represents a real opportunity to be able to support the development, direction and improvement of reporting capability, and through this be able to have a real tangible impact on business performance and decision making for the wider business. It will provide the right individual with direct exposure to multiple areas of the business at all levels to potential make a real impact. EXPERIENCE SOUGHT IN THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE: To be considered for this role as MI Reporting Analyst, you will require: Strong technical skills in terms of analysis, data and reporting Excellent commercial experience and acumen Advanced Excel skills (Macros, VBA) Ideally strong exposure to SAP Prior experience of working with business partners/stakeholders A pro-active nature and a desire to learn Excellent communication skills and the ability to tailor communications to the appropriate audience High attention to detail Macildowie is a specialist recruitment consultancy with a rich history of enhancing the careers of professionals across the Midlands.
