Poste et missions:
To support the Commercial Excellence team who is engaged into the transformation of Solvay Novecare commercial organization (implementing best practice methodologies, processes, tools & management system; driving the commercial excellence program; managing key Digital initiatives…)
Main responsibilities and outputs:
- Drum beat global monthly pricing update process (from Raw Material Price forecast to Variable Cost forward updates)
- Take global responsibility of the pricing tool development and start building the next generation digital pricing assistant
- Support pricing meetings in Asia
- Streamline the raw materials forecast and pricing process and start building the digital purchasing assistant
- Support Commercial Excellence specific levers implementation: Key Account Management and Channel to market strategy in Asia.
Profil:
Profile, competencies and Skills
- Master's degree Graduate (business, engineering, ...)
- Fluent English. Professionnal Chinese proficiency would be a strong advantage
- Analytical & Rigorous
- Good oral & written communication skills
- Collaborative, curious and proactive

- Position based in Singapore
- Reporting to the Commercial Excellence Manager located in Singapore
