Trainee Phone Repair Technician

Job description

We are an award winning phone repair company looking for a trainee phone repair technician. Our ideal candidate will have a keen interest in device repairs and technology, and be comfortable with carrying out a variety of repairs. We mainly repair iPhones, iPads and Samsung devices, but experience outside of these brands would also be helpful.

As part of this role you will be carrying out a range of repairs, including but not limited to; broken screens, battery repairs and home button replacements. As well as this you will be interacting with customers, diagnosing issues and upholding our company’s reputation at all times. You will also be carrying out repairs in our specially equipped repair vehicle and will be required to drive to our customers’ locations, therefore driving experience is essential.

Should you be selected for the role then full training will be provided, so it is not necessary to have a long history of experience. However, a keen interest in the technology industry, as well as solid technological knowledge will definitely be necessary.

This role will have an introductory period in which you will be part-time, however this is with the aim to have you full time within 3 months of training and experience.
