Lextox is a UK based forensic toxicology laboratory with a team of experts who have considerable knowledge and experience of analyzing biological samples. By analyzing hair samples we can provide an historic profile of drug use over a period of months, and help determine chronic excessive alcohol consumption, all within 5 working days of receiving the sample into our UK laboratory.
Based in Cardiff, our forensic toxicology laboratory provides a fast, efficient and reliable drug and alcohol testing service.
Our mission is to provide solicitors and local authorities involved in family law with the information that is needed to help make informed decisions.
Objectives:
- Grow sales in the designated territory.
- Provide the company with a competitive advantage in the sales process.
- To help ensure that the organisation understands and satisfies the customer's requirements.
- Implement the requirements of the company Quality Management System and help maintain ISO17025:2005 accreditation.
Key Disciplines:
- Team work both within the commercial team with the rest of the business.
- Ensure proactive sales activity is undertaken, recorded and reported.
- Prioritising winning new clients.
- Respond to clients promptly.
- Provide accurate and complete information to clients.
- Obtain, monitor and follow up quotes and leads.
- Recording sales activities and client correspondence on CRM.
