Job Description

To track and manage daily sales animation throughout the Supply Chain Team and Sales Teams
Assist in the unblocking of EDI orders in preparation for order cutting
Manage order cutting process for all UK warehouses
Assist on the communication of stock issues to Sales Team to ensure smooth communication with the customer
Proactively communicate all issues on stock shortages and deliveries, investigating where problems arise to find a satisfactory solution with the Planning and Order To Cash Teams
To assist the OTC team in peak times on core OTC activity
Work with planning teams to understand quota constraints and feedback information to OTC team to ensure smooth flow to order process
Support OTC team on day to day tasks relating to order processing during peak times
Support returns, claims and customer queries for full Order To Cash flow

Person Specification

Graduate Calibre
Communication skills to a corporate level
Good Excel
Some previous supply chain experience or a recent degree in Supply Chain or related subject
