Redstone Commodity Search focus on offering 360° search solutions to the global commodities markets. We have a competitive coverage of Trading Houses, Producers, Majors, Utilities, Merchants, Hedgefunds, Investment Banks and Brokerages. We are looking for candidates who can help build Redstone Commodity Search into the leading provider of search solutions to the commodities industry.

Our office is located in a beautiful Grade 1 listed country mansion: Tyttenhanger House (you do need to drive to be able to reach us)

What will you be doing?

Participating in our 'Redstone Recruitment Training Scheme’
Working as a 360° recruitment consultant
Headhunting, Screening and Interviewing candidates
Developing and maintaining your own client relationships
Learning to become an expert in a niche market
Hitting daily targets

What do we look for in our graduates?

Self-motivated, ambitious and target driven
Happy to cold / warm call and hit targets
Strong communicators with a sense of humour
Able to work in a high pressure environment
Entrepreneurial with an interest in Sales and Finance
True desire to be a recruitment consultant

Salary of £18,000 and uncapped commission structure (with First Full Year On Target Earnings of £60,000)
