The Red Bull Wings Team are a fun-loving, entrepreneurial, charming and dynamic group at the heart of Red Bull's marketing strategy. Our goal is to drive product trial, win new users, and introduce existing users to new consumption occasions. Each mission is different: be it giving wings to office workers around Britain, igniting the coolest party in town, visiting a milkman on his early morning rounds, an athlete about to start a race or a DJ about to play a long set. We make sure that every consumer we sample gets a special interaction, giving them wings when they need it most. Be a credible product and brand expert, delivering a cold can to consumers at the right place and right time, just when they need their wings

Be knowledgeable and comfortable overcoming objections with the consumer and answering questions

Be knowledgeable around the mental and physical benefits of the product and understand how to communicate this at the right sampling situation

Keep up to date with everything that goes on in the world of Red Bull…you could be the face of the brand after all

·  PLAN UNIQUE AND STRATEGIC MISSIONS TO REACH OUR CONSUMERS WHEN THEY NEED WINGS

Work within a team in your city and plan missions on a weekly basis

Proactively provide ideas, contacts and suggestions for sampling opportunities on an on-going basis

Take ownership of key sampling projects that are set on a monthly basis

Develop relationships in your university city to help you give wings

·  BE EXPERTS AT ENGAGING AND INTERACTING WITH OUR CONSUMERS

Be the sparkling personality that captivates their audience at all times, developing a rapport with consumers in a short time through a natural conversation

Be a social chameleon: approach a variety of people and interact in a natural conversation with the goal of developing brand loyalty with the consumer

Act as a Red Bull Ambassador at all times: be able and willing to share Red Bull content across your social networks

Desired profile

Your experience includes:

(proven performance in)

· Current drivers licence is essential (no points please!)

· Flexible working hours - 12 hours a week in term time and summer projects too

· Excellent communication skills

· Charismatic and outgoing personality

· Must be able to work exceptionally well with others in a team environment

· Must have amazing knowledge of your city

· Flexible schedule - must be able to work unusual hours including nights, weekends and some holidays

· Must live within 10 miles of your city location

· Excellent English

·
