· RECRUITMENT
Partners with Hiring Managers to ensure that accurate information is gained and developed for the recruitment process, thus ensuring targeted and quality recruitment
Utilises market relevant sourcing channels to ensure favourable outcome to cost, quality and time
Conducts a professional recruitment process encompassing Performance / Strengths Based interviews, Case Studies, Candidate testing, Reference Checking and background screening
Ensures a first class recruitment and selection process experience for both Candidates and Hiring Managers
Pro-actively manages the external talent pool to ensure there is a pipeline of quality candidates for future opportunities
Ensures recruitment systems and databases are proactively maintained in an accurate and timely manner
Champions and educates Hiring Managers on the use of the global and local recruitment processes and tools
Manages the People News and Refer-A-Bull communications
Manages the approval process for appointments
Supports the HR Business Partner in the management of the graduate and intern programs
· Advice and Administration
Prepares Employment Agreements and Agreement Amendments
Manages the administration of the hire process via HR Onboard
Manages the background check process via external provider
Manages all paper and electronic based records relating to recruitment, including archiving of dated paperwork
Manages the sponsorship and visa check process, including company sponsorship renewal
· Compensation & Benefits
Coach managers on the Red Bull Compensation philosophy and drive managerial empowerment through educated decisions
Proactively provides information and insights on market data to support talent attraction
Partners with HQ C&B Team and HRIS & Payroll Specialist to ensure matrix is current and accurate
Ensures compensation and benefits practices comply with global guidelines and directives
· Labour Relations:
Remains up to date on employment legislation and manages compliance within the relevant frameworks
Work with HR team to ensure that HR polices are communicated in timely manner and recorded compliantly
Desired profile
Your experience includes:
(proven performance in)

3 or more years’ experience in a similar role that saw you manage high-volume end-to-end recruitment in Sales & Marketing and creating a talent pool of high calibre people for future vacancies

A great eye for talent
·
Ability to balance the business needs and people needs to achieve the best and pragmatic outcomes
·
Passionate and experienced in targeting, sourcing and hiring the best people
·
Natural flair at building relationships
·
Attention to detail and able to work under pressure with multiple deadlines
·
Thrives in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
·
Qualification in HR, Business or Humanities
