Job description
This position plays crucial role on a national cross functional E-commerce team. It will be responsible for driving supply chain expansion and optimization by identifying and deploying scalable best practices and executing projects in close collaboration with our global headquarters. This position will play a key role in the Amazon business by evaluating, proposing, and executing scalable operational and packaging solutions to support high double digit growth. This position will also support the operational needs of our Brick N Click accounts by leveraging Red Bull’s distributor network.

· E-COMMERCE SUPPLY STRATEGY
Evaluate, propose, and execute a Supply Chain roadmap for Pure Play customers, such as Amazon, to achieve operational excellence (e.g. drop shipping) and consumer activation opportunities
Define and manage the end to end process for special packs within our while remaining fast and flexible
Establish processes to mitigate operational chargebacks
Investigate and recommend a strategy for E-commerce packaging
· SUPPLY MANAGEMENT
Manage SKU/DC inventory levels to within established targets to prevent stock-outs and overstock situations, especially during product transitions (promotional packaging, new items and phase out items).
Timely and accurate entry of replenishment orders for the customer via SAP.
Manage stock transfer process between customer ship-to locations.
Monitor and adjust min/max inventory levels on an ongoing basis to satisfy days on hand target.
Maintain and ensure accuracy of Material Master Data at all times
Coordinate with Supply Planner on inbound shipments to 3PL provider and support RBNA inventory deployment strategy.
Partner with Demand Planning Manager and Supply Planner to successfully manage product transitions, both end of life and new product introductions
Be a key-user in SAP APO - drive system enhancements, check functionalities of the planning tool continuously and trouble shoot in case there are problems
· LOGISTICS / TRANSPORTATION PLANNING
Work closely with Sales, Supply Chain Planning, Logistics and end customers to balance customer requirements with operational efficiencies
· CUSTOMER SERVICE
Communicate with the customer about product stocking levels and seasonal fluctuations to ensure there are no stock outs or out of code risks
Conduct customer reviews to identify and implement opportunities for continuous improvement
Weekly/Monthly customer reporting (Inventory level, PO report, KPI report)
Regular follow up with existing and potential customers
Collaborate with new and existing customers on supply chain/inventory best practices in E-commerce
· PROJECT MANAGEMENT
Establish a strong network and foster collaboration with key stakeholders and team members
Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
Act as project manager or provide support as subject matter expert for all E-commerce initiatives
Your experience includes:

Three plus years of experience in supply chain-related roles
·
Strong understanding of the operational ecommerce environment in a supply chain context
·
Previous experience in chargeback management with E-commerce customers
·
Ability to conceptualize, sell-in and execute new ideas at various levels throughout the business
·
Ability to manage multiple deadlines and deliverables simultaneously, in a fast-paced environment
·
Positive and service oriented demeanor
·
Knowledge and experience in SAP ERP and APO SNP is a plus
·
Advanced user in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point, Access, Visio)
·
Bachelor’s degree required
·
Fluent in English, additional language skills an advantage
