Red Bull is looking for a team of interns to work with some of the world’s most innovative marketing, sales, and business specialists. This internship will provide a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience and insight into the daily operations of growing a global brand. Responsibilities will vary, but at the end of the day this experience is what you make of it.

· TRADE MARKETING INTERNSHIP

Trade Marketing is a unique and dynamic department whose mission is to drive impact at the store level through outstanding point of sale (POS), ensuring Red Bull product is always visible in store and creating tools that educate and engage the Red Bull Sales Force. 

Tasks may include but are not limited to: writing briefs for new projects, participating in the prototyping and evaluation phase, gaining field feedback and tracking project milestones

Projects may include participating in a distributor route ride, managing a Point-of-Sale (POS) project from conception to delivery, building toolkits to ensure execution of 100 Days of summer, VIP program, The Red Bull Summer Edition, the launch of Red Bull TV and a national Non-Traditional SOAR, assist in sending out monthly communications to the field, researching new path-to-purchase or in-store shopper programs and generally supporting ad-hoc projects designed to drive Trade Marketing’s impact across the organization.  

· DISTRIBUTION INTERNSHIP

Support the creation, content packaging and initiative development (input & output) of the 2017 Business Planning process

Participatory role in developing & deployment promotion segmentation and change management

Distribution Excellence Resource Materials specific to creation, content packaging and training

Role scope will also increase experience in development and implementation of change management skills

Inclusive of facilitating the alignment and information collection necessary to deploy “Best in Class” near and long term planning of the RBNA’s DP network training, tool development, DP management module sharpening and additional plan support information

Role is designed to support the development and enhancement to RBNA’s DP mgmt. system deployed across the distributor network (internal & external)

Additionally, role scope will also include the sharpening and refinement of RBNA’s “Earn Your Wings” DP management process and Way of Working/Being

· BUSINESS INSIGHTS INTERNSHIP

Generate reports with syndicated and HH panel data sources, supporting Red Bull’s category strategy

Assist with the monthly refresh of all national reporting in collaboration with Data Insight Manager

Create templates and executive summaries to track core Red Bull initiatives 

Take responsibility for tracking Energy Category New Products, as well as trends in other Non Alcoholic Beverage Categories

Research and refresh Red Bull’s key category initiatives sell decks with any new and relevant syndicated, panel and shopper data

Provide consistent insight communication platforms to the organization. This includes presenting on the monthly category WebEx, and posting relevant information on company's intranet

Deliver ad hoc analysis against tight deadlines as defined by the Category Insights Manager 

Support team needs in a timely and efficient manner demonstrating a sense of urgency, tenacity, and a commitment to quality and teamwork

· On Premise Sales

Support with Business Planning; Creation of Presentation, Collation of Information, Development tactical initiatives 

Assist with the process of obtaining and developing materials using data from Consumer Insights, GSI, Hispanic Expertise Group, HQ and Business Unit Specialists

Full ownership of Internal Research Project 

Conduct 1:1 research interviews with consumers & customers in the field 

Project Management of key On Premise Marketing events & initiatives

Must be at least 21 years of age to satisfy the essential functions of this job
