The Strikers represent Red Bull in assigned areas. They work on gaining the customers confidence, securing the availability and visibility of Red Bull. Strikers should constantly detect business opportunities and trends in their area and build up a strong network of accounts and decision makers. Additionally they should also possess strong negotiation skills and foster a solution-oriented mind-set.

· Key Priorities
Ensure the implementation of all International and National brand guidelines and of the On Premise execution standards to achieve an increase in vertical growth.
Identify, develop & protect On Premise & Non Traditional accounts in related regions using proper Route Planning.
Permanent analysis of the area and account specific business to find new opportunities and to expand distribution.
Correct positioning of the Red Bull brand and the Red Bull product portfolio in the specific area.
Set volume goals with individual accounts that meet with Red Bull KPI targets.
Cooperate and liaise with the local distributor’s sales force.
· Marketing
Putting the On Premise & Field marketing strategy into practice.
Maintain and utilize tools appropriately (POS) to increase vertical growth.
Ensure that all marketing tools are placed in the appropriate outlets according to International On Premise guidelines.
Differentiate the brand through innovative support following the vision of bringing added value to our customers
· Administration and Market Research
Ongoing utilization of all Tools (CANVAS, Warehouses, POS)
Negotiate and implement commercial partnership agreements.
Meet report deadlines.
Monitor and report of competitor’s activities and initiatives.
Active search of new business opportunities for increased growth in the region.
Identification of Entry Point Consumer and Opinion Leader outlets.
Your experience includes:
(proven performance in)

Student in University pursuing a degree in business, marketing or similar).
·
Preferred: Part time sales experience
·
Outstanding local market knowledge, contacts and experience in “the scene”.
·
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
·
Good negotiation and objection handling skills. Be able to demonstrate the knowledge of the On Premise sales approach. Have affluence in basic mathematics.

Savvy, committed, and passionate about the brand
·
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.).
·
Good knowledge of written and spoken English.
·
Solution oriented and “Do-it-now” attitude.
·
Strong work ethics. Candidates should be persistent, reliable, self aware, sociable, self-motivated, flexible and ambitious. Candidates should also have a good personal appearance and a sense of style.

Must be a student enrolled in a university
·
English, Arabic is a plus
