The Senior Functional Analyst will use fact-based analysis and insights to leverage existing SAP SD and FI/CO functionality. This position will run applications and verify data on Red Bulls SAP systems, act as an IT contact for EDI topics and manage solutions based on SAP agency business. You’ll serve as IT specialist to verify interdependencies between SAP applications focusing on SAP ERP and communication flowing through SAP PI / PO. This role understands the overall data flows within Red Bull systems in addition to data integration and data exchange topics. You’ll provide 2nd level support and thereby ensure data processing without interruption and have detailed knowledge of system interdependencies. This position will report to the Director, SAP ERP Solutions and work closely with our local finance organization and our global IT team headquartered in Austria during projects and collaborate on 3rd level support issues.

·  Central Billing

Act as IT service owner for Central billing

Verify and ensure data processing within SAP agency business

Ensure data communication with external partner over SAP PI / PO

Act as IT specialist on master data management within SAP ERP

Manage authorizations and user set up

Provide support for issues appearing in the communication or processing of data

Manage enhancements and provide expertise on data availability

 

·  Finance processes

Understand and support finance and supply chain processes within the system

Act as a subject matter expert for SAP FI related questions by having an end to end business process understanding (P2P, OTC)

Manage vendor portal as well as the relation with Taulia from an IT perspective 

Partner with business to create / validate new requirements and support alignment processes

Evaluate solutions to improve existing processes

Manage authorizations and user setup

 

·  EDI

Enhance existing and establish new EDI connections

Monitor and troubleshoot existing EDI connections

Point of contact for EDI and iDoc related questions and specifications

Provide support for issues appearing in the communication or processing of data

 

·  Concur

Manage relationship with Concur from an RBNA IT perspective

Ensure service availability and data integration with our SAP systems

Collaborate with HQ on enhancements and roll outs by avoiding service disruptions for our US entities

Act as subject matter expert for data availability and integration

Manage authorizations, user set up and act as a 2nd support level

Contribute by providing finance and supply chain process and system insights

Analyze and document requirements, identify performance and process gaps, prepare solution options and contribute to deliver new solutions

Your experience includes:

(proven performance in)

· 
5+ years of experience in SAP ERP: Modules SD, MM, FI/CO

· 
3+ years of experience in SAP PI/PO: Focus on EDI with external partners

· 
7 years of experience in a functional IT role

· 
In depth knowledge of relevant business processes in FI, SD, MM

· 
Exposure to reports within SAP BW

· 
Knowledge of Concur administration and data integration

· 
Strong knowledge of SAP technical system architecture

· 
Demonstrated high level of analytical and problem solving skills

· 
Proven project management skills

· 
Strong communication skills (verbal and written) with the ability to collaborate cross-functional

· 

Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field SAP certification beneficial

· 

Fluent in English, additional language skills an advantage
