Job description
The Red Bull Sales Activator’s primary role is driving Red Bull product availability, compliance to terms, and merchandising support in their defined territory. They are also accountable for sourcing new business leads in route and non-traditional channels in their defined territory. Areas that play to your strengths

· BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
Coverage of defined database. Complete all calls allocated to individual territory.
Effective coverage of all agreed outlets at optimum frequencies in a cost effective manner.
Source and communicate new business leads within territory to Striker(s).
Conduct days in trades with Distributor Partner Sales Representatives.
· LONG TERM SALES DRIVERS
Achieve and maintain compliance to trading terms in relevant National and State accounts.
Report non-compliance in a timely manner.
Drive collaborative relationships with internal and external customers and stakeholders.
Drive in store presence in line with Perfect Store standards.
Submit turn in orders for relevant customers.
Ensure product availability at ambient and cold locations in store.
Fill and merchandise fixtures and displays.
Sell in permanent additional displays into corporate customers.
Complete planograms as required by national and state account managers, and ad hoc for Strikers.
Maintain product range in all stores.
· SHORT TERM SALES DRIVERS
Drive execution of agreed and over and above national, state and local promotion opportunities.
Report non-compliance in a timely manner.
Pre-sell and build displays to support promotional activity.
Conduct audits as required for national and state account managers

Desired profile
Your experience includes:
(proven performance in)
· Valid Driver’s License.
· University Degree in related field is preferred, but not essential.
· Proven sales or customer service track record.
· FMCG experience preferred, but not essential.
· Planning & Organisation
· Strong administration skills
· Attention to detail
· Strong presentation skills
· Strong communication skills
· Effective journey planning and geographical knowledge
· Demonstrate the ability to multi task
· Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
· Has a basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point) and preferably mobile Field Force automation
· University Degree in related field is preferred, but not essential.
· Proficient in English
