The Red Bull Consumer Collecting Team is the most effective and valuable asset when it comes to consumer communication about the Red Bull brand and the Red Bull products. Consisting of 24 Student Marketeers (Wings) – sampling the product year-round and supporting Red Bull events. As well as 10 Student Marketeers (SBM), leading consumer facing activities and sales on campus & universities around Denmark. The CC Manager is responsible for managing, developing and coaching these teams to be Red Bull representatives and a tangible face of the brand. The CC Manager is accountable for ensuring that the Student Marketeer Team approaches consumers in a charming, natural and unforced way to drive trial by supplying consumers with the product in relevant occasions to gain consumer understanding and inviting repurchase. As well to communicate product benefits and functionality, and to secure local campus & university sales agreements & execute sales support missions.

·  EXECUTE THE STUDENT MARKETEER TEAM PROGRAM WITH EXCELLENCE:

• Communicate clear expectations and guidelines to the team in order to achieve and meet targets successfully

• Understand the consumer landscape and how to approach and reach a variety of consumers in different consumption occasions

• A crucial part of the role is recruiting and developing the team of Student Marketeers, as well as onboarding newly recruited members, electing team captains and plan ahead in regard to team management.

• Responsible for planning and executing annual team trainings and workshops

• Support the marketing and sales team in managing and coordinating team missions during special events and projects as well as sales support function

• Create monthly internal and external newsletter and lead communication from the local/international HQ to team members

·  DEVELOPMENT:

• Share learnings with the line manager in order to drive the development of the program in the right direction

• Share and gain project learnings and success stories internally

• Lead and give input for the yearly business planning process (BP), owning the Consumer Collecting Part of the plan

·  GENERAL MANAGEMENT:

• Manage the Consumer Collecting budget and monthly reporting

• Work cross functionally, managing internal & external requests in line with the annual business plan priorities

• Work closely with the finance team on salary and expense management

• Work closely with the operations team to manage product stock with discipline

• Develop, implement and manage tools used to assist the Teams daily operations (e.g. vehicles, outfits, mobile phones, online platform)

• Achievement of annual approved business plan and agreed individual annual objectives

• Successfully executing ‘best practice’ initiatives and program fundamentals

• Drive consumer trial through activities in line with brand values, international guidelines and expectations to win consumers

• Act as a role model and displaying the Red Bull values

• Create and maintain responsible and proactive Student Marketeer members via personal coaching

• Stay-on or under budget and identify cost saving opportunities

• A consistent tone of voice that is motivating and inspiring

Your experience includes:
