Job description
This role is responsible for proactively leading all aspects of tactical HR support for managers and employees within the UK specified business area. The People & Systems BP will be a key user for SAP, Taleo, & Learning Administration and complete all related testing and data accuracy. The People & Systems BP is also responsible for coordinating all of annual People cycles such as salary and bonus review and engagement.

· Business Partner
Working as a partner to managers in order to input into and support the direction of the business unit.
Advise on any people related plans, their impact and change management implications.
Key focus areas will include talent management, engagement, performance management, training & development and effective HR management in the relevant departments.
Manage key stakeholders to ensure employee and business needs are managed and exceeded and will provide insight and analysis on people related measures to guide and develop key people focus areas for the business
· Recruitment
The People BP will partner with line managers to ensure that accurate information is gained and developed for the recruitment process, thus ensuring targeted and quality recruitment.
Utilises market relevant sourcing channels to ensure favorable outcome to cost, quality and time.
Ensure a first class recruitment and selection process experience for both Candidates and Hiring Managers.
Provides line Managers with a framework for best practice onboarding.
· Talent Management & Development
Drive the talent management agenda in conjunction with managers through the management of talent to ensure retention and development of individuals.
Support and implement global training initiatives and training tools.
Partner with line Managers to source quality training and development solutions based on proper needs Assessment that is in line with the global training and development philosophy.
· Compensation & Benefits
Coach managers on the Red Bull Compensation philosophy and drive managerial empowerment through educated decisions and proactively provide information and insights on market data to support talent attraction and retention and identifies solutions to issues that may occur.
Annually supports the salary and benefits review and administration process in conjunction with the People Manager in accordance to Global guidelines.
· Employee Relations
Remains up to date on employment legislation and manages compliance within the relevant frameworks and ensures that People polices are communicated in timely manner in line with local requirements.
Conduct exit interview with all leavers in business unit
· Training
Deliver training programmes to employees within specified business area
Work with People Manager to develop training and development programmes for UK
· Systems
Be a key user for SAP, Taleo, Learning Administration and other HR systems and ensure HR data is maintained accurately Ensure SAP is maintained, up to date and issues are identified and reported to relevant contacts
Organisation charts and databases up to date on a monthly basis
Work closely with the Payroll team to ensure all payroll requirements are met and reporting is accurate
Partner with People Administrator to complete user testing for SAP
Support the annual pay review process by providing input, reporting and ensuring data accuracy
· Other Responsibilities
C o-ordinate salary review and engagement survey programmes across the UK business to ensure that all relevant activities are communicated and completed within the specified deadline

Desired profile
Your experience includes:
(proven performance in)
· Previous experience working as a Business Partner preferably within Media/Broadcast sector
· Experience in briefing and working with external partners for recruitment and development
· Experience at managing multiple vacancies at any one time
· Experience at using and maintaining SAP and other HR systems
· Managing employment relations cases to provide a pragmatic solution for both the employee and business
· Previous experience in designing and facilitating training content would be beneficial
· Managing projects at a national level would be beneficial
· Bachelors Degree Preferred
