Job description

This dynamic leader will be responsible for setting national business strategies and implementing initiatives that support Red Bull’s innovative brand image, increase brand awareness and drive consumer trial in On-Premise. They should have an inherent passion for the On Premise lifestyle as they will have late nights and early mornings connecting with the most influential nightlife personalities and Opinion Leaders in Bucharest and main cities - including Red Bull Romania employees – affecting positive impact for the Red Bull brand at music festivals, para-gastronomy events, top accounts, key chains, new bar scene, socializing events & more.

Assume and live the Red Bull OP culture. Creation of „kindred spirits‘‘.

Be an active ambassador for the Red Bull brand in front of the team and the On Premise network

Monitor image standards regarding the brand premium values of Red Bull

·  Development of National On Premise marketing activities

Deliver memorable Red Bull experiences that drive word of mouth and brand passion throughout On Premise

Responsible for executing and adapting the international marketing guidelines according to the market needs and in alignment with the International On Premise Department

Support the Musketeers to implement tools & concepts to national key accounts

·  Events & Festivals

Joint responsibility, together with Musketeers, for executing marketing activities and POS activations in line with the international strategy at Red Bull events, festivals and 3rd party events

National event execution and actively networking duties

Support the On Premise team with organization and execution of customer incentives

·  Communication

Maintain a constant exchange of information and best practice within the National OP team

Ongoing communication to improve implementation of POS activations and added value activities

Build a strong network with key influencers, national decision makers, event organizers and the local scene searching for new collaboration opportunities

·  Administration and Market Research

Track, record and evaluate all results of implemented marketing activities

Permanent observation of the market trends

Active compilation of national and international OP learning and showcases

·  Art of Musketeering

Conduct trainings and continuously coach to secure a high level of understanding and knowledge how to implement it into the market

Continuously update the On Premise team regarding the international guidelines

Desired profile

Your experience includes:

(proven performance in)

· Minimum 3 years of Marketing &/or Sales experience

· Strong planning and project management competencies

· In-depth knowledge of the On Premise & culture marketing

· Excellent written and spoken English skills

· Proficient in Word, Excel, PPT etc.

· Ability to cultivate team environment

· Strong Work Ethic, Style, Persistent, Reliable, Sociable, Self-motivated, Passionate, Ambitious and a Creative Mind

· Exceptional communication skills, including presenting and training abilities

· Flexible and willing to travel

· University Degree in Business, Marketing or similar

· Fluent in English, additional language skills are an advantage
