Job description

The Non-Traditional Manager (NTM) will be responsible for opening, developing and managing all defined NT (Non-Traditional) group of accounts across the region for all NT channel areas: Military, Transportation, Vending, At Work, Emerging Channels, QSR. They are responsible for establishing and maintaining package distribution, implementing channel strategies and coordinating sales, effectively managing a budget, executing national programs and 360 marketing efforts with their sales and marketing counter parts.

·  IMPLEMENTS NT STRATEGIES FOR DISTRIBUTION, PRICING, PROMOTION AND MERCHANDISING IN ALL TARGET ACCOUNTS

Ensures placement of all appropriate packages consistent with RBNA strategy for each channel

Surveys each account looking for all opportunities

Shares category trends to manage competitive distribution where possible

Tracking FSI in each military account

Mapping each base and airport to track distribution

Understands the application in each account for immediate & future consumption packages

Manages optimum pricing according to NT channel-specific pricing strategy

Understands account’s margin requirements

Provides accounts with general market pricing survey when required to align retail pricing

Executes national promotions across all channels

Develops local programming on base with key decision maker(s) supporting morale and welfare

Identifies and outlines promotional tactics by channel and by package

Creates synergies between sales & marketing through coordinated sampling efforts with FMS

Executes against channel-specific KPIs to insure maximum brand presence in each account

Solicits key placement of POS to maximize QPOD strategy

Focuses on placing Red Bull in all points of interruption for maximum exposure to consumer

·  DEVELOPS AND SHARES BEST PRACTICES

Communicates success that can be replicated by other RBM’s/NTMs across the system

Shares best practices with customers in an effort to duplicate success in similar accounts

·  TRACKS AND MANAGES ACCOUNT INFORMATION WITHIN DATABASE

Utilizes online database to manage distribution, pricing and merchandising gains vs objectives

Analyzes data to determine areas of opportunity to grow account base and expand distribution and QPODs

·  EXECUTES ALL NATIONAL PROGRAMS AS ESTABLISHED BY RBM-NT & NAMS

Leverages support created with national account programs to establish distribution and promotions

Ensures that all components of national agreements are executed as intended

Communicates with RBM-NT on any exceptions or issues with national account execution

·  UTILIZES ALL SALES TOOLS PROVIDED TO CREATE MAXIMUM BRAND PRESENCE IN ACCOUNTS

Focuses on visibility in accounts utilizing POS to increase consumer awareness

Leverages Wiiing’s team to create consumer loyalty within accounts

Work closely with FMM & FMS to ensure 360 collaboration exists

Desired profile

Your experience includes:

(proven performance in)

· Minimum 3 years sales experience in non-traditional channels, off premise channels, Key Accounts

· Exceptional communication skills, including presenting and training abilities

· Strong planning and project management competencies

· In-depth knowledge of the consumer goods industry and trade

· Experience managing multiple channels across multiple markets

· Strong ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects

· Bachelor’s Degree preferred or equivalent sales experience

· Fluent in English, additional language skills an advantage
