To support the NAM to develop RB sales and profit across RDC’s, company owned stores and independent retail. You‘ll have full responsibilty of 3 accounts within symbols, working closely with the NAM/Channel manager to drive availbillty, profitiability & volume. In this position, you will play a key role in building and facilitating the relationship between Red Bull and key stakeholders within the accounts. You will be expected to meet with your customers on a monthly basis to build and manage Red Bull JBP’s.

·  account management

Identify account and channel opportunities to grow RB business & implement business priorities (Volume, Profitability, Perfect Store, NPD, Distribution, Visibility)

Specific account responsibility with complete ownership of Appleby Westward Spar, CJ Lang Spar and Costcutter to inc P&L responsibility, forecasting, JBP‘s, penetration of key stakeholders & wining distribution.

Working alongside the NAM to Developing JBPs with regional controllers to influence/implement perfect store strategy

Retail club penetration and development, driving Perfect Store. Measure and evaluate the effectiveness of Perfect Store using the relevant data

To regularly inform external stakeholders on market updates, competitor movement, on going strategies, performance updates, & promotional analysis

Responsible for regular update across all field sales teams both internally/Externally.

Managing complexity to ensure excellent communication and reportage are delivered at all times

Inputing promotional agreements/Lumpsums to accruing correct spends to support commercial finance

Create and manage your own account portfolio to achieve your specific objectives through analysing your individual reports

Your experience includes:

(proven performance in)

FMCG experience

Regional Account Management with cross category working

A strong commercial acumen; P&L, £3N, cash margins & PORS

Excellent communication, organizational and presentation skills

CPM, Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint intermediate level essential

Valid UK driving licence with minimum 12 months driving experience
