Red Bull’s legal department is looking for two summer interns: (1) one to support the sales/distribution/ops transactional team, the litigation team, and legal operations team; and (2) one to support the marketing and media team.

·  General Transactional and Litigation intern will support 6 in-house attorneys on the following kinds of matters: commercial contract review and negotiation (sales, distribution, operations, real estate, HR, etc.); litigation; and strategic projects.

Marketing/Media intern will support 10 in-house attorneys on the following kinds of matters: general marketing review and contracting; technology and data privacy; media production; and media distribution/monetization.

Research latest developments affecting the business.

Receive training on drafting and negotiation.

Gain exposure to U.S. and international projects.

Conduct administrative tasks and other special project work as needed.

Your experience includes:

· 
Currently enrolled as a first year full-time law student in a Los Angeles area law school.

· 
Strong academic credentials; ranked in top 30% of class.

· 
Prior work experience in a corporate environment preferred.

· 
Excellent analytical and drafting skills.

· 
Detail-oriented, organized, ability to work in a fast-paced demanding environment.

· 
Proficient with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.

· 
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with people at all levels; a team player.

· 
Willingness to learn.

· 
Creative mind and entrepreneurial spirit.

· 
A winning, can do attitude!

·
