·  Ensure quality

During this exciting internship you’ll create automated tests for MIT Business Services to ensure quality and efficiency for our business users. You are familiar with scripting, you can create simple API tests using Swagger or other scripting-languages and you are good in reporting and visualization of the success of automated test routines.

You’ll develop appropriate Service KPIs/SLAs in alignment with the MIT team and create reports for our Service Dashboards.

·  Transfer Knowledge

Help the team to transfer knowledge on the services we deliver!

You structure documentation on the services with the individual service owners in a way that is helpful for our service desk, for our customers, as well as for our internal colleagues. You’ll ensure consistent layout and language for the documentation, work on presentations, and prepare, attend and handle on-site/off-site meetings.

·  Support

You’ll get detailed insights into the media supply chain by preparing training documentation for the various services involved in this process from planning through distribution. The trainings are organized as well as executed by you in cooperation with the business and the service owners for our customers worldwide.
