The Red Bull Content Pool is the B2B media platform containing photos, videos, as well as the latest news & stories from the fields of sports, culture & lifestyle. The target group (customers) of the Red Bull Content Pool is B2B oriented and focuses on global press & business partners. In order to improve the quality of the B2B customer database, to strengthen the relationship with the customers and to raise internal awareness of the Red Bull Content Pool as the no. 1 source of content for press & business partners, we are looking for a passionate & motivated intern (m/f) to support the CRM & Marketing team of the Red Bull Content Pool.·LocationWals-Siezenheim, Salzburg, Austria ·ScheduleFull-time ·OrganisationRed Bull Media House GmbH Areas that play to your strengths (all the responsibilities we'll trust you with)· CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENTStrategy: You will support the CRM Manager during the as-is analysis & requirements documentation phases in order to implement a global B2B CRM process. The implementation phase will cover IT tasks as well as conceptual and creative work. Customer Management: User retention processes and activities will also be one of your responsibilities within the Red Bull Content Pool team. It entails regular customer quality checks as well as cleanup processes & activities within the global B2B customer database. · CUSTOMER COMMUNICATIONDaily Business: In this role, you will help the Red Bull Content Pool Customer Communication Support with the daily business as required, which covers answering customer requests within a ticketing system, providing support by phone and updating customer data of these requestors within the B2B customer database. Strategy: If needed, you will help the Customer Communication Support to improve the structure & processes of working with the Service Desk. The tasks will be IT-related but also require conceptual and creative skills. · INTERNAL MARKETING & COMMUNICATIONInternal Marketing: You will handle the Red Bull Content Pool Promotion Tools project, which means developing new promotion tools, updating the catalog, organizing order & shipping processes – supported by an external agency. Intranet: You will also take care of the Red Bull Content Pool space within the global Red Bull intranet (update page, upload new content, drive communication etc.). · CREATIVE RED BULL CONTENT POOL TEAM SUPPORTIn order to support the whole Red Bull Content Pool team you will also take over general team support & office administration tasks (running the team calendar, organization of workshops, building Powerpoint presentations, creation of Photoshop mock-ups etc.).Your experience includes: (proven performance in)·You enjoy working within the fields of media, marketing, sports & culture ·Analytical skills or experience in data analysis are a requirement ·First work experience in marketing, CRM, project management or communications / public relations is a bonus ·Very good spelling & story telling skills (in both English & German is a bonus) ·Experience in working with Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator are desirable ·Reliable style of work & well-marked communication skills, self-motivated, highly engaged worker, stress resistant, good team playerIn your cover letter, please include an explanation of why your experience is specifically relevant to this role at Red Bull.
