Job description
Support all HR processes to ensure efficient and effective execution in the region. Manage HR systems and regional KPIs ensuring monthly updated information to key stakeholders. Support employees on HR related queries and processes.

· HR PROCESSES
Support the execution of HR processes: recruiting and selection, on boarding, performance management, engagement and development.
Manage the administration of contracts, employee files and other relevant employee documentation.
Support the implementation of the internal communication strategy.
· HR KPI’S & SYSTEMS
Headcount and main HR KPIs management.
Organization charts and databases up-dated on a monthly basis.
Provide established reports accurately and within the relevant period.
Create tools and formats to manage information in a more efficient way.
Ensure SAP is maintained, up to date and issues are identified and reported to relevant contacts.
· POLICIES AND STANDARDS
Support benefits administration.
Manage local benefits providers (Vale Panama, medical insurance, others).
Update relevant HR policies, contracts and other documents when required.
Your experience includes:
(proven performance in)
·
1 - 2 years of experience in human resources, payroll or an administrative role.
·
HR Systems knowledge is a plus (especially SAP).
·
Advanced Excel knowledge and comfortable with numerical data.
·
Ability to focus on many tasks and requests.
·
Excellent organizational skills including ability to meet short deadlines.
·
Ability to build effective relationships.
·
Ability to deal with sensitive and confidential information in a discreet and professional manner.
·
Business Administration or Industrial Engineering degree.
·
Fluent English
