Job description
To strengthen our Human Resources Team we are looking for a Global HR BI Manager who is willing to take over the responsibility of the Headquarter Data Quality team. You and your team will act as interface between HR Managers/HR Center of Expertise and the IT department, developing processes and reporting/planning solutions, based on the most advanced technologies.

In this role, you´ll lead a team of HRIS experts and collaborate with HR/HRIS stakeholders on group and regional level. You´ll ensure that the team is delivering high quality deliverables in new initiatives as well as in recurring processes. To coach and develop the team members according to their strengths is part of your role as a manager.
In addition, you´ll coordinate in partnership with the IT Department the assignment of activities to the BI Team.
· SUBJECT MATTER EXPERT
You´ll act as first point of contact for questions related to your area of responsibility. To prepare business concepts for new or to-be redesigned BI solutions, make time-lines, ensure and document achievements of milestones is part of your responsibilities. You´ll test new solutions, prepare training materials and documentation, coordinate rollout of new solutions and conduct training. In addition, you´ll maintain HR KPIs as well as common and function specific dimensions and participate in the internal Core Data Model alignment meetings.
· CHANGE MANAGEMENT
Lastly, you´ll manage enhancement projects and change requests, according to Red Bull methodology and standards.
Tu experiencia incluye:

Minimum 5 years of professional experience as HRIS professional with focus on reporting, preferably gained in international HR projects in an IT-interfacing HR department

Experience in people management and ability to work with multiple deadlines and stakeholders
·
Knowledge and professional experiences of minimum 3 years on SAP BI/HR, Anaplan knowledge is beneficial for the role
·
Experience in project management and application maintenance for organization with regional/international scope
·
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) to address all levels within the HR and other departments, including presentation and training skills
·
University Degree (e.g.: Human Resources, IT)
·
Fluent in English, any additional language is a plus
