Job description
The Field Sales Coordinator reviews multiple sources of data to provide insights, reports and recommendations to the National Field Sales Manager. The role is primarily responsible for capacity planning to ensure we maximize the return from our investment in our internal and external field sales resources. The role is also responsible for collating, coordinating and publishing consistent field communications and manages systems for the On and Off Premise Sales teams.

· RESOURCE CAPACITY PLANNING & PRODUCTIVITY
- Collaborate with Account Managers to collate and clarify requests for regular or ad hoc field execution.
- Drive ROI of field resource by providing recommendations to National Field Sales Manager on deployment of resources to maximize account activity and opportunities in all channels, with the appropriate resources
· RECORDING AND REPORTING
- Regularly audit stores to ensure consistency of Perfect Store standards and in field execution.
- Ensure timely adherence and completion of reporting requirements and collate.
- Generate reports for NFSM – Field to develop initiatives as part of annual Business Planning processes.
• Lead the implementation and maintenance of a quarterly Striker bonus, connected to individual A’s & T’s.
· FIELD SYSTEM OFF PREMISE
- Maintain iPad Applications used by Field being the first support function for resolving any errors/issues.
- Perform any required updates to Field System and Reports in line with any updates to measurement criteria.
- Support general maintenance of Field System to ensure all required fields are filled in correctly and communicate required actions to Field Managers.
- Train new hires on tools
· DEPLETIONS
- Maintain monthly Distributor Data Matrix to measure data receipt from Distributors
- Facilitate data formatting as required by Depletions CRM data formats
- Execute duplication maintenance
- Execute customer segmentation maintenance
- Supporting the Key Account Managers on BI and creation of BI Reports to effectively manage their businesses
- Running testing on attributes and variable for HQ to enable additions and changes to the BI system
- Maintain and update any required changes to the Depletions Dashboard eg – new customers, SKU’s and budgets
· FIELD SYSTEM ON PREMISE
- Run weekly On Premise reports
- Maintain iPad Application used by Field being the first support function for resolving any errors/issues.
- Perform any required updates to Field System and Reports in line with any updates which come though from International.
- Support general maintenance of Field System to ensure all required fields are filled in correctly and communicate required actions to Field Managers.
