Festival Activator Intern

The Festival Activator’s role is to deliver our on premise priorities on a festival site. This will mainly include: bar production, ensuring that Red Bull has presence in all touch points onsite at festivals outlined by the line manager (bars, food outlets, artist areas), deliver Sampling objectives onsite, and reporting and evaluating festival activity. · BAR ACTIVATION
Responsible for delivering Red Bull coolers to festival bars, setting up coolers and taking pictures of set up.
Responsible for placing price points on all festival bars.
Staff Engagement – Training all bar staff on festival sites on Serve.
Test purchasing at bars over weekend and giving incentive prizes to bar staff.
Ensure all bars have no out of stocks – assist with refilling coolers where necessary.
· ADDITIONAL TOUCH POINTS
Ensure Red Bull is available at all additional selling points on festival sites.
Ensure agreements are kept to regarding competitor products around festival site.
Look for additional selling points – ie campsites.
Distribute price point posters to all additional selling points.
Picture it – capture all in pictures.
· TRIAL
Give wings to festival bar staff, security staff and artists with cold cans of Red Bull
Distribute artist dressing room coolers and stage coolers.
Responsible for keeping all artist/stage coolers stocked for the entire event.
Where applicable, assist the Wings team in sampling missions on festival sites.
· EVALUATION
High res pictures to be taken of all activation and ‘can in hand‘ shots.
Responsible for reporting back on festivals with pictures and learnings from each event – this will be in the form of a Powerpoint after each event.

· You would be working between 30-45 days over the summer time, in line with the festivals you are assigned.
· You will be activating existing festival plans – across trade.
· You are likely to work random hours – must be able to work hard (as well as play hard)
· It is a very physical job- so you need to be able to do some heavy lifting!
· You will be given a mobile phone allowance - you will also need to have your own laptop which you could use on the road and preferably your own car (but this isn’t essential)
· A full clean drivers license is preferred (but isn’t essential)
· You will be able to commit to a full summer of work from the end of May to the middle of September.

Studying for an undergraduate degree
