Job description

To assist the Channels Manager in developing digital strategy and supporting the on-going goal of building our audience through increased use of data and analysis..This is a 3 month internship from June to August. Please apply as soon as possible, applications close on 31st March.

Areas that play to your strengths

·  DATA

Assist with the delivery of bi-weekly and monthly KPI reports on digital performance using social platform insights, Sprinklr, Google Analytics 360 and any other tool, as necessary

Create new data dashboards and provide support to team members to enable them to be used effectively

Develop and support new strategies in CRM activity e.g. e-mail marketing, social media and database management

·  RESEARCH

Research and consider new technologies, platforms and services that may be applicable to Red Bull

Research existing and potential audience segments to build viewership across thematic verticals (sports, culture, innovation, music, gaming)

Manage the consistent communication of consumer and product insights along with industry trends to team leads to inform content, product development, and marketing strategies

·  ACTIVATION

Assist the social team with creation of content, tone of voice and maintenance of social communities

Liaise with Editors to ensure well-timed and appropriate promotion of content

·  DIGITAL STRATEGY

Assist the Channels Manager with co-ordination of audience growth strategy for redbull.com and redbulletin.com

Contribute to the creation and implementation of digital strategy campaigns for brand activity

Assist Channels Manager with development of brand partnerships

·  COMMUNICATION

Provide a key link between the Channels team and the rest of the company, helping to ensure timely knowledge of upcoming projects and good inter-departmental communication and workflow

Participate in all company activities and become an active and recognisable member of the Channels team

Your experience includes:

(proven performance in)

· Very good people and diplomacy skills as they will be expected to work with internal and external stakeholders to the highest level

· Up to date on latest trends in social media, digital platforms and programs

· Able to use a good variety of editing tools to produce and edit social media assets

· Good experience in CMS, analytics and social tools

· Used to working at pace

· Knowledgeable about Red Bull Media House

· Studying for an undergraduate degree

· Fluent in English, additional language skills an advantage
