· Artists & Influencers
Support the CMM in the identification and nurturing of relationships with regional artists and influencers in order to amplify our existing culture initiatives, programs, and platforms
Identify locally relevant artists’ stories and support the Business Unit (BU) team with creating opportunities to amplify their reach within and beyond the region
Establish a rich network in regional culture and media scenes to maintain awareness of emerging trends and opinions leaders
· Event Initiatives & Projects
Support the project management and execution of local Red Bull Culture Marketing event properties and their BTL activation plans in market
Participate in the Red Bull brand activation strategy at supported 3rd party culture events within the region
Support the BU team with executing global Red Bull owned events and assist with their regional BTL activations through regional cross functional coordination
Support the BU team with executing artist projects and culture events
· Collaboration & Discovery
Partner with the CMM and region team (sales, event logistics, and marketing) to ensure quality planning and execution of all Red Bull owned and supported Culture Marketing events in the region
Influence and contribute to the annual Culture Marketing Business Plan
Identify regional and local scenes that significantly influence brand image with our target consumers
Identify branded and non-branded culture content and stories for our owned and shared media channels
Support the Activation & Communications team to achieve optimal media outcome
Desired profile
Your experience includes:
(proven performance in)

2+ years of experience in Marketing, preferably with a focus on music, artists, and consumers
·
An understanding of traditional and non-traditional brand marketing strategies
·
Event production, preferably for live music events
·
A knowledge of and a knack for identifying a wide variety of culture trends and scenes on a regional and national level
·
Coordination of collaborative projects from ideation through planning and execution
·
Some budget management or coordination
·
An understanding of marketing communications and storytelling with an emphasis on content in the digital and social media landscape
·
The ability to write, present, and share ideas articulately
·
A history of thriving in collaborative and creative environments
