Job description
The Culture Marketing Manager (CMM) drives the development and execution of regional culture-focused marketing initiatives (e.g. music, art, dance, fashion, film and social innovation initiatives). Through events, artists, and influencers, the CMM builds local and regional brand affinity while paying into Red Bull’s global strategies.

· Artists & Influencers
Identify and nurture relationships with regional artists and influencers to amplify our existing culture initiatives, programs, and platforms
Identify locally relevant artists’ stories and help create opportunities with the Business Unit (BU) team to amplify their reach within and beyond the region
Establish a rich network in regional culture and media scenes to maintain awareness of emerging trends and opinions leaders
· Event Initiatives & Projects
Lead the project management and execution of local Red Bull Culture Marketing event properties and their BTL activation plans in market
Lead Red Bull brand activation strategy at supported 3 rd party culture events within the region
Support the BU team with executing global Red Bull owned events and take ownership of their regional BTL activations through regional cross functional leadership
Support the BU team with executing artist projects and culture events
· Collaboration & Discovery
Lead and/or partner with region team (sales, event logistics, and marketing) to ensure quality planning and execution of all Red Bull owned and supported Culture Marketing events in the region
Influence and contribute to the annual Culture Marketing Business Plan
Identify regional and local scenes that significantly influence brand image with our target consumers
Identify branded and non-branded culture content and stories for our owned and shared media channels
Support the Activation & Communications team to achieve optimal media outcome
· People Management
Find and hire the right people to drive regional Culture Marketing initiatives
Manage direct reports towards annual regional business objectives
Enable a high-performing culture by focusing on individual, strengths-based development
Identify and train high potential employees for succession opportunities
Provide direct, consistent, and productive feedback in order to maintain quality performance
Create and maintain a culture that rewards relentless effort and exceptional execution in line with Red Bull’s values
Your experience includes:
(proven performance in)

3+ years of experience in Marketing, preferably with a focus on music, artists, and consumers
·
An understanding of traditional and non-traditional brand marketing strategies
·
Event production, preferably for live music events
·
A knowledge of and a knack for identifying a wide variety of culture trends and scenes on a regional and national level
·
Management of collaborative projects from ideation through planning and execution
·
Large budget management
·
An understanding and working knowledge of marketing communications and storytelling with an emphasis on content in the digital and social media landscape
·
A strong ability write, present, and share ideas articulately
·
A history of coaching, leading, and influencing in order to foster a collaborative and creative environment
·
Bachelor's Degree strongly preferred.
·
Fluent in English, additional language skills an advantage
