Job description

The Culture Event Marketing Specialist is responsible for executing, producing, and supporting music and art events and projects in Culture Marketing in the East Business Unit (referred to internally as EABU), at Red Bull Studios NYC and throughout the market. This position also provides support to the Culture Event Marketing Manager, informing the strategy and execution for events and special projects.

• Inform strategic vision for event projects that will positively impact consumers with image and business outcome 

• Manage the full planning process of assigned events including developing event productions plans, managing external vendor relationships, overseeing execution and recapping results

• Projects are executed in a timely manner, within budget and as gold standard executions

• Support and maintain a comprehensive EABU calendar of national and regional Red Bull events across all culture properties  

• Support the Culture Event Marketing Manager in the development and implementation of the marketing strategy for events and special projects

• Responsible for the execution of assigned culture projects ensuring all are delivered within scope, budget and fully aligned with various program strategies

·  Work across all departments by collecting and sharing best practices in branding, execution, and consumer impact

Your experience includes:

(proven performance in)

· 2+ years of experience in event marketing and production

· Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail

· Track record of innovation and delivery of results against tight deadlines

· Deep understanding of live music and culturally relevant stakeholders

· Excellent written and oral communication skills

· Strong planning, budgetary, and project management competencies

· Experience leading on-site event execution

· Contract and negotiation skills – constructing, reviewing and negotiating the most advantageous agreements with suppliers and external partners

· Bachelor's degree preferred

· Must be fluent in English
