Job description

The Culture Event Marketing Specialist is responsible for executing, producing, and supporting events and projects in Culture Marketing in the West Business Unit (WEBU) and supporting the Event Marketing team in the management of projects and events. The Culture Event Marketing Specialist will perform all tasks at the highest level, on deadline, and in a creative and unique Red Bull way.

·  Branded Titled Events

Manage the full planning process of assigned events including developing event production plans, managing external vendor relationships, overseeing execution and recapping results

Assist in developing project plans for titled events that will positively impact consumers with image and business outcome

Support the Culture Event Marketing Manager in the development and implementation of the marketing strategy for events and special projects

·  West Business Unit Activations

Responsible for the execution of assigned culture projects ensuring all are delivered within scope, budget and fully aligned with various program strategies

Support regional field marketing teams by collecting and sharing best practices in branding, execution, and consumer impact

Support and maintain a comprehensive WEBU calendar of national and regional Red Bull events across all culture properties 

·  Miscellaneous

Process and track all invoices and ensure vendors are paid in a timely manner

Provide administrative support for the Culture Marketing Team, tracking, planning and communicating activities and results.

Your experience includes:

· Minimum 2 years of experience in event marketing and production

· Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail

· Track record of innovation and delivery of results against tight deadlines

· Deep understanding of live music and culturally relevant stakeholders

· Excellent written and oral communication skills

· Strong planning, budgetary, and project management skills

· Ability to think outside the box

· Can-do attitude

· Bachelor's degree preferred

· Must be fluent in English
