· In a nutshell
You love to be part of a team making astonishing content available? In this exciting role, you will be part of the Red Bull Media House’s central Content Services unit. You’ll report into a Senior Content Manager who leads a team of specialists ensuring content availability and quality within the central Content Management System (Media Base). Furthermore, you’ll support the entire Content Services team in its daily business with a primary focus on administrative tasks.
· Delivery of moving images and still images
In close cooperation with your colleagues of Content Services (e.g. Content Governance, Quality Management) and other departments (e.g. Legal) you’ll ensure the availability and reusability of content. Additionally, you’ll be responsible for the correct administration of moving images, still images and file content within the central Content Management System. In this role, you’ll ensure on-time availability of content for various Red Bull Media Network channels (Red Bull TV, .com, Social Media, Red Bull Content Pool) and internal departments (Sales, Audience Intelligence). You’ll assist the various Red Bull Media Network Content departments and Red Bull Country organizations with footage research.
· Coordinate & Supervise Technical Briefing Processes and Quality checks
In this position your key responsibilities are the initiation of technical briefings, the creation & correction of metadata, the tagging of content with semantic markers and the coordination of the localization process. Additionally, the Content Coordinator is in charge of updating information on various tracking, reporting & project management tools (e.g. Media Manager, Jira). You’ll be in charge of supervising & coordinating the delivery of content and of ensuring quality requirements are fulfilled.
· Publish content on Red Bull Content Pool & Internal Outlets
The Content Coordinator plays an essential role in supporting the Red Bull Content Pool team by publishing Moving Images, Still Images, Stories & Compilations. Additionally, you’ll also distribute content via various internal outlets.

Basic video technique and production know-how.

Basic understanding of post-production workflows.

Project management experience is of advantage.
·
High affinity for technical administration, content management systems and for all kinds of media-focused work. Self-motivated and team-oriented attitude.

Broad knowledge of MS Office tools & video file formats.
·
Passion for video, marketing, social media and the Red Bull brand.
·
Willing to work weekend shifts.
