Job description

From athletes to artists, Red Bull Culture Clash to Red Bull Soapbox Race and Red Bull TV, the Communications team are responsible for conveying all of Red Bull’s messages and content in engaging and effective ways. This internship offers unique, hands-on marketing and PR experience across a wide spectrum of projects. It includes key elements of media relations, event PR, media monitoring and analysis as well as content ideation and creation. This is a three-month internship from June to August. Areas that play to your strengths

(all the responsibilities we'll trust you with)

·  COMMUNICATIONS STRATEGY

Assist coordination of PR agencies and internal Red Bull Media House departments;

Lead the strategy, planning and execution of small fire athlete and artist projects.

·  MEDIA RELATIONS

Assisting with the coordination of external media including hosting and management of media at events.

·  CONTENT CREATION & DELIVERY

Managing photography teams for key events from briefing to delivery;

Supporting Red Bull Studios daily content opportunities with artist sessions;

Ideation and creative development of content opportunities for owned channels such as redbull.com and Red Bull social channels;

·  MEDIA MONITORING / REPORTING

Assist with the regular capturing, sharing and reporting of coverage;

Liaise with media monitoring agencies and international media monitoring team;

Collate and present regular reports for communications’ projects output.

Desired profile

Your experience includes:

(proven performance in)

· Interest or experience in media and communications / PR;

· Competent and confident writer;

· Experience with Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint and Word;

· Highly motivated and self driven;

· Creative with a passion for storytelling and media relations;

· A strong understanding of the UK media landscape and PR industry;

· Able to build and develop relationships with key contacts.

· Studying for an undergraduate degree

· Fluent in English, additional language skills an advantage
