Job description

The CPM Systems Analyst is primarily responsible for supporting and maintaining the foundation of planning within our internal systems for RBNA Sales & Distribution, specifically architecture and maintenance of the Customer & Profitability Management (CPM) System. The role works closely with the CPM Manager to support data system architecture maintenance, drive data quality and accuracy, and provide internal customer service for end users across RBNA Sales & Distribution. Finally, the role will own building and managing system process documentation to support end user experience and capture opportunities for greater efficiency.

Supports stable data systems

·  Ensure Data Quality, Accuracy & Stability

Manage on-going Hierarchy change process and status tracking

Supports and implements effective system adjustments and software enhancements

·  Creates oversight for, and manages execution of, data architecture changes

Support On-going weekly and monthly system hierarchy monitoring practices

Maintain weekly and monthly status on hierarchy change implementations

Support system enhancement testing

·  Provide customer service for field users 

Hands on support for complex support needs

Supports and executes resolution of level 2-3 technical sytems support issues

Your experience includes:

(proven performance in)

· 
1-2 years of experience supporting or working within a sales environment, CPG and/or Beverage experience preferred.

· 
Direct involvement/experience with commercial data systems and software

· 
Familiarity with business data management platforms (such as SAP) for resource planning

· 
Strong experience with the retail sales ERP cycle and it’s interaction with business databases, systems, and reporting

· 
Ability to translate business needs into sustainable solutions, tying business requirements to up & downstream impacts and deliverables.

· 
Ability to work in cross-functional teams in fast paced environment with tight deliverable timelines

· 
Cross-functional teaming experience, focused on tying Sales w/ support functions (Finance, IT)

· 
Experience in a 3-tier Distribution system heavily preferred

· 
Previous experience with business systems and business reporting preferred

· 
Customer service mindset w/ ability to serve as point of contact for end-user solutions

· 
Experience in consumer goods or retail resource planning setting preferred

· 

Bachelor’s Degree Required
