Job description

The Commercial Content Distribution Manager role involves several functions and is an intricate part of the Content Distribution and Partnership team. The purpose of this role is to provide support for the US Content Distribution team. The team distributes Red Bull Media House content to Free TV/Cable television networks, Pay TV, Digital Services (AVOD, SVOD), etc. Duties with the position include rights/clearance management, contract services, distribution delivery, and securing content licensing/partnership opportunities. This position works with a number of team members domestic and international. The person in this role must be detailed oriented, able to handle multiple tasks, manage a large number of assets, and be willing to learn a variety of internal media systems and processes. This position reports to the Vice President of Content Partnerships.

Manage complete process of content licensing from early talks to distribution delivery.

Perform legal clearances on Red Bull Media House content

Oversee internal rights and windowing management tool

Prepare license agreements in coordination with legal team

Review license agreements and provide feedback on business terms

Work with internal and external post production houses on content delivery

Input and update content licensing and partnership sales data.

Secure content licensing, footage licensing, and partnership deals for Red Bull Media House content in USA, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand territories.

Strategize future content opportunities for prospective partners.

Coordinate ad spot delivery for commercial partnership team.

Your experience includes:

(proven performance in)

· 
Bachelor’s Degree.

· 
1-3 years’ experience in a Content Distribution role.

· 
Experience working with post production houses and understanding of types of Media.

· 
Knowledge of rights, windowing, and clearances.

· 
Experience with reviewing over content license agreements.

· 
Strong technical background required (MS Office, Internal Sales and Rights Management Systems).

· 
Knowledge of television market in USA, Canada, or/and Australia preferred.

· 
Some experience with working at an international organization preferred.

· 
Willingness to travel domestic and international.

· 

Bachelors Degree
