The Business Sales Analyst will be responsible for collection of data from multiple sources (SAP, IRI, Nielsen, GuestMetrics, Consumer Data, 3rd party applications, etc.) to create standardized reporting, best practice selling stories, and to identify opportunities for Red Bull in volume, share, price, and promotion.

·  KEY ACCOUNTS - REPORTING

Responsible for the management and maintenance of databases, reports, and applications

Establish best practice reporting, and take on responsibility for report updates, both weekly and monthly

Generate reports with syndicated and internal sales sources to support Red Bull’s category development and sales forecasting strategy

Assist account teams on system applications, data access and application, and requests for information

Must be highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite—advanced knowledge in Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook is required

·  KEY ACCOUNTS - ANALYSIS

Implement solutions and track, measure, and communicate results

Identify opportunity gaps in volume, share, pricing, promotion, and product distribution

Perform post program and promotional results analysis

Provide support to BU sales and distribution by responding to ad-hoc data requests, answering questions, and providing basic technical support and analysis

·  ON PREMISE - REPORTING

Responsible for the management, accuracy and maintenance of databases, reports, and applications

Establish best practice reporting, and take on responsibility for report updates, both weekly and monthly

Generate reports with internal databases to support On Premise field team

Assist On Premise team on system applications, data access and application, and requests for information

·  ON PREMISE - ANALYSIS

Implement solutions and track, measure, and communicate results

Identify opportunity gaps in volume and product distribution

Perform On Premise National Account post program results analysis and communicate opportunity gaps to team

Provide support to On Premise Sales Team by responding to ad-hoc data requests, answering questions, and providing basic technical support and analysis

Desired profile

Your experience includes:

(proven performance in)

· Minimum 3-5 years related work experience required

· In-depth knowledge of the consumer goods industry including class of trade, customer groups, category, competitive products, competitive strategies and industry trends

· Knowledge of syndicated data (SAP, IRI, Nielsen, Consumer Data, etc.)

· Strong history of creating fact-based analyses, and the ability to integrate multiple tools to solve problems

· Ability to interpret analysis results, formulate recommendations, develop presentations and present action plans to customers

· Excellent oral and written communication skills; ability to present and explain complex technical information in a way that establishes rapport, persuades others, and gains understanding

· Must be highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite—advanced knowledge in Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook is required

· Bachelor’s Degree required

· Fluent in English, additional language skills an advantage
