Job description
Support the General Manager (GM), across all aspects of territory and team management related to executing initiatives and achieving targets, inclusive of: planning and review practices, GM organizational support, individual projects (strategic and/or executional), business analysis, and ad-hoc problem solving and field team support.

Areas that play to your strengths
(all the responsibilities we'll trust you with)
· ANALYSIS
Complete and maintain scorecards, trackers, tools, and reports that assist the Marketing, On Premise, and RBDC teams
Produce and maintain, regular review materials for all functional areas of field team
Produce monthly review and analysis. This includes KPI status, budget review, and qualitative team input
Support Region with POS and budget tracking and forecasting
Support Region management team in business plan build for Marketing, On Premise, and Off Premise
Analyze profitability and impact of incentives, events, & partnership agreements for major Region events and spends
Provide high quality, timely ad hoc support to RBNA and RBDC leadership with any business support needs
· FIELD SUPPORT
Assist GM in designing, rolling out, and managing, routines and in-field processes across all functions (i.e. Opinion Leader programs, SBM/collegiate store check, Non-Trad routines, ASM training systems, etc)
Coach and support field team on routines and expectations while observing process effectiveness and providing feedback to Region management
Create, maintain, and execute Regional strategic planning & meeting calendar
Develop and maintain Regional financial planning and tracking across department and major events
Participate in strategy and follow up on major activities in the market
Support events and product marketing in the field as necessary
Own annual Business Planning timeline and process
· PROJECT LEAD
Need-based ownership on multi-area projects that arise in any and all areas of business
Collect, codify, and implement best practices from HQ, BUs, and Region to up-level performance
Lead 360 Planning around key Regional initiatives and events

Desired profile
Your experience includes:
(proven performance in)
· 1 to 3+ years experience in positions related to sales and marketing.
· Familiarity with database related tools such as DP route data, BI, Nielsen, etc
· Highly proficient analytical skills with Microsoft Excel and strong proficiency with PowerPoint.
· Moderate familiarization with field marketing, on premise, and distribution sales, and operations.
· Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
· Demonstrated history of project ownership capacity and ability to multi task
· Excellent written and verbal skills.
· Prior experience with business planning preferred.
· Bachelor’s Degree in a field relevant to the position requirements
· Fluent in English
