·  OPERATIONAL WORKFLOW MANAGEMENT

Organizing a shared data platform to maintain accurate information about the latest status related to events/project.

Creating and updating an online database with all permission related information to support and facilitate the work of Local Aviation Experts and Aviation Authorities before and during the events.

Coordinating projects within the department and with other Red Bull Air Race departments and contractors.

·  COOPERATION WITH AVIATION AUTHORITIES & EXPERTS

Creating and updating Standard Operating Procedures to support standardized procedures within the

Aviation Department, in compliance with the best practices in aviation safety and risk management.

Application for event aviation permissions including side-acts and recon-flights of Red Bull Air Race and partners taking part at the same event.

Follow up with the aviation permits in order to make the necessary changes to ensure that all Event Aviation Operations are authorized by the local aviation authority.

·  AVIATION OPERATIONS MANAGEMENT

Analyzing data and providing executive reports about Aviation related matters to support the Head of Aviation & Sport in his decision making.

Cooperate with Flight Operations Manager in order to maintain an updated database of aircraft, pilots, air worthiness, licenses and medical certificates.

Assisting and supporting the flight operations team members during the events.

Supporting the elaboration and implementation of Aviation & Sport related solutions.

Desired profile

Your experience includes:

(proven performance in)

· 
Minimum of 3 years funded experience in a comparable work environment

· 
Experience in the field of Aviation

· 
Solid experience in regulation and dealing with regulatory authorities

· 
Current Aviation International Rules updated (ICAO, FAR, EASA/JAR, etc.)

· 
Very good verbal and written communication skills

· 
Management skills, flexible, open-minded, Team Player
