With the strong focus on Music and Dance but also Art and Design as well as Film, we are covering many fields and are dominating selected scenes and cultural environments. To strengthen our Global Culture Marketing Team we are looking for a motivated assistant to join us. You´ll be part of the Global Dance Marketing Team and have the responsibility to assist and support the team in successfully coordinating and handling key culture projects and programs. This includes administrative and organizational tasks around dedicated projects as well as handling related budgets and calendar coordination.

·  Administration & Back Office

In this role, you’ll support the Global Dance Marketing team from day-to-day tasks to organizational topics. You´ll support in arranging travels and presentations for the team. Furthermore, you'll support in organizational tasks, like organizing meetings and workshops and have ownership of selected topics and tasks. The administration of culture project related back-office tasks and duties is also part of the role. In addition, you´ll be responsible for the global monitoring of respective projects and events as well as the administration of the global events calendar.

 

 

·  Budget

You’ll ensure a timely and professional handling of budgets, including tracking of budget development, alignment on recharges and revised estimates as well as handling and feeding of the internal tools.

 

·  Communication

In this role you´ll work not only closely together with the team members of the Global Dance Marketing team but also with other marketing departments. Red Bull Countries may reach out to you, since you´ll the main point of contact for any organizational requests.

 

Ihre berufliche Erfahrung:

Working experience in a professional environment and in a team structure, interest in and understanding of modern culture landscape.

· 
Experience in dealing with different stakeholders (external agencies, management, etc)

· 
Excellent communication and passion for organizing

· 
Excellent computer knowledge (MS Office, including PowerPoint)

· 
Team player, open-minded, interest in Music and Culture

· 

University degree or relevant work experience

· 

Fluent in written and spoken English and German
