Job description

This is an amazing opportunity to join our high-growth digital marketing company and propel your career in client-facing Account Management.

Here at RedEye we specialise in providing Marketing Automation, Email Marketing and User Experience services. We use our own sophisticated technology to help our clients understand their customers and interact with them using data driven marketing.

We’re proud to work with top brands including William Hill, Monarch, ASOS, Sainsbury’s and M&S to name a few.

We are a fast growing company having twice ranked in The Times 100 fastest growing technology businesses. This is not your everyday graduate role where you’ll be boxed into a structure or ‘a number’. We’re looking for someone with the drive and ambition to make their mark. We anticipate that you’ll progress to an Account Executive role within 12 months.

As a Graduate Account Executive, you will be mentored by a member of our talented Client Services team where you will:

•Help to build relationships with our clients and support them with their digital marketing campaigns
•Analyse data to provide our clients with insight to help ensure their campaigns are effective
•Work with your mentor to identify opportunities to grow RedEye's existing accounts
•Help to prepare client presentations and accompany your mentor on client visits
•Support ad-hoc projects

How to apply:

There will be a three-stage recruitment process:

Stage 1 – you’ll need to upload your CV and a short presentation (no more than three slides) to: https://redeye.has-jobs.co.uk/Graduate_ … 29/0/apply
Your presentation should explain two aspects of the http://www.wilko.com website you would change and why, and how you would improve a Wilko email. This will require you to sign up to a Wilko email campaign via their website.

Stage 2 – If you’re successful at stage one, you’ll be invited to a Telephone interview

Stage 3 – If you’re successful at stage two, you’ll be invited to an Assessment centre and final interview.

Desired profile

•Already completed an internship or work placement
•A preference for learning on the job and through hands-on experience
•A strong ambition to build a career from the ground up in an online business
