We are offering an exciting opportunity to join a rapidly growing, young and vibrant Property Investment company currently situated in offices next to Waterloo station.
We are looking for a personable, driven and ambitious individual with excellent organizational skills and an ability to work under their own initiative.
The Role
The role predominantly involves liaising with furnishing suppliers, contractors, landlords & tenants, along with our overseas sales offices in China and HK
It also offers a chance to learn an outline of the different areas of the Property Industry.
Reporting to the Manager of RDF – full training will be given so no previous experience working in furniture is necessary but an interest in Interiors would be desirable.
Responsibilities
-Direct liaison with contractors, suppliers and tenants
-Working with the project manager and providing support on projects
-Simultaneously manage own projects from conception to completion
-Putting together proforma invoices and directly ordering from suppliers and dealing with any queries
-Receiving and checking proforma orders against sales invoices
-Chasing orders and ensuring that furniture arrives before deadline
-Manage the diary and booking for installations and deliveries
-Liaise with the warehouse team to ensure that they are aware of deliveries coming in and installations dates in order to prepare for projects going out
-Manage the project tracker and warehouse spreadsheet in order to keep up to date with jobs
Salary Competitive £18-£22K
