Are you an experienced Recruitment Consultant in London looking for a professional and polished firm in which to specialise in HR recruitment? If so a world class recruitment brand now seek experienced Recruitment Consultants, from any professional sector, to join their HR team and take over an existing and well-established Temp Desk.
The HR Division of this elite recruitment firm continue to enjoy record breaking levels of success with incredibly strong relationships within Financial Services, Banking, Manufacturing, Retail, Leisure, Construction, Business Services and Technology sectors and have a long-standing track record for successfully delivering permanent, interim and search solutions to both major PLC's and local SMEs.
Searching for the very best talent within all areas of HR, this team want to continue building on their success by recruiting an experienced Recruitment Consultant that has existing experience of operating a professional permanent recruitment desk. Taking over an established desk you will be placing all levels of HR professionals into Banking, Insurance and Financial Services organisations in London. This is a desk with many PSL agreements and incredibly strong and long-standing relationships in place for you to take over.
With incredible tools at your disposal, the power of an incredible brand name and instant inheritance of a wide portfolio of existing client relationships you will be able to work with a great degree of autonomy to manage assignments successfully. With a focus on quality rather than quantity you will be working in a professional environment that rewards success.
This role would suit a Consultant with a minimum of 9 months experience in a professional area of recruitment. You should have a strong understanding of all permanent recruitment processes from business development and job management to candidate sourcing, marketing and use of social media.
If successful you could be achieving:
- Salary £27,000 to £33,000
- Commission / Bonus ( average commission on this team = £2000 per month)
