Recipharm is a leading CDMO (Contract Development and Manufacturing Organisation) in the pharmaceutical industry employing some 5,000 employees. Recipharm offers manufacturing services of pharmaceuticals in various dosage forms, production of clinical trial material and APIs, and pharmaceutical product development. Recipharm have recently acquired two subsidiaries in India; Recipharm Bengaluru in South India, and Nitin in North India.
Recipharm in Bengaluru employs more than 1200 people and is a multipurpose facility with three large stand-alone manufacturing units and one pharmaceutical development unit. Nitin employs about 500 people and has three manufacturing units for sterile pharmaceuticals in Karnal and in Paonta Sahib. All Recipharm units offer contract manufacturing and developing of pharmaceuticals to demanding customers worldwide.
Manufacturing and development of pharmaceuticals is performed under rigorous quality standards. On top of quality assurance taking place at the site, the quality level within the Recipharm group is also monitored on a corporate level. Recipharm in Bengaluru and Nitin are new within the group and reporting standards need to be developed.
Position and main duties :
To gather data and develop report formats in order to help reporting KPIs and figures according to Recipharm standards from Recipharm in Bengaluru and from Nitin.
You will report to Head of Finance in Bengaluru but also be aligned with the corporate finance function in Sweden. The position is based in Bengaluru but frequent journeys to the Nitin sites will be required.
Skills and experiences:
- English (speak, read and write)
- Business school or a finance degree
- Perfect understanding of IFRS principles is required
- Good skills in presentation and communication
- Good skills in cooperation with internal and external functions
- The role requires you to be self-motivated and able to work independently. You need have a good ability to work with cross-cultural teams
- Knowledge from the Pharma industry is an advantage
- SAP knowledge is advantage
- Excel and MS office know how is a must
