Organisation

For a Medical Device company in the Netherlands I'm looking for an International Medical Affairs Specialist. In this function you are responsible for the development and execution of medical strategies.

Function

In this function you are working in a multidisciplinary team. You have primary contact with the clinical researcher and lead the review and follow-up of the clinical project. Also, you are responsible for the scientific review of the promotion material and identify and build an international network of key opinion leaders. Your focus is every country outside the US with the main focus to Europe. You work in collaboration with the other disciplines, like clinical, regulatory, reimbursement and marketing.

Profile

• Minimal five years experience in Medical Affairs.


• (Bio)medical background or PhD, preference for Medical Doctor.


• Experience in development of medical affairs strategies


• Experience in supporting ERP programs.


• Demonstrable knowledge of regulations GCP, ICH-standards, ISO 14155.


• Strong communication and networking skills.


• Team player but able to work independent.


• Fluent in English, both in speaking and writing, plus 2 other European languages.


• Willingness to travel


• Willingness to relocate to The Netherlands, when necessary
